Mountain

I had to write this for my English class for symbolism... but I still like it





I am like a mountain.
Motionless, mighty, majestic, marvelous.
I stand stern with my head lifted up high,
Refusing to let anyone shake me from my beliefs.
People step on me, but I am not phased.
I am solid, I am firm,
I am one with the earth.
I am like a mountain,
And like a mountain
I am strong.
